It is up to the recipient to investigate potential charges. Any applicable duties or fees are due on delivery and paid to the carrier. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS At XtremeKinetic we pride our selves on our quality and customer service. If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from our online store, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. Please note that we do not provide refunds for sale items (including items purchased via a promotion), however we will happily exchange for another item or provide store credit. Please ensure that you return the shoes to us, in their original condition and packaging. We do not refund shipping costs for sale items or international orders.
Goods must be returned to XtremeKinetic Shoes within 14 days, unworn, in their original packaging, along with your receipt. We will accept email confirmation from XtremeKinetic or your bank statement as receipt. Please note, that we do not refund any shipping costs for change of mind returns. We do not offer refunds for sale items, however we will happily exchange for another item or provide store credit. Note: when covering your return shipping costs on full price items, we only cover standard shipping costs. Insurance or other extras purchased are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR GOODS
Step 1: Email us at info@XtremeKinetic.com with the reason for your return. Tell us whether you’d like to exchange your goods for another size or style, or if you’d like a refund. If you believe your goods are faulty, please include images.
Step 2: Ship the goods back to ICal Logistics, 21-23 Jets Court, Melbourne Airport, Vic 3045 Please include the original purchase invoice and your postage receipt (if purchased a full price item). Where applicable, we will refund standard return postage costs, but do not cover additional costs for express shipping or any other extras.
